“Your facilitation and guidance were absolutely key in our drafting of this strategic plan. It will have great impact upon our organization by giving us a firm direction for at least the next three years. Your leadership and great suggestions created a smooth flowing planning process that was indispensable. As Planning & Fund Distribution Director for United Way of the Wabash Valley, you certainly made my job easier. I learned a lot from you, which you must find rewarding as a professor.”
