CBLD provides a whole new framework for the established annual retreat. When coupled with the perspective of the CBLD consultant via the ongoing customizable consulting hours, the retreat becomes a part of the overall plan for development.
Specially designed to meet the needs of your board and further its work, the retreat could, for example, include skill building, strategic thinking, policy development or team building activities.
Facilitation and planning of a one day retreat is included in the program fee; if your board prefers multi-day or multiple retreats, this can be arranged with your CBLD consultant.
