CBLD / Leadership Development

CDS Consulting Co-op supports and strengthens cooperative governance and management with consultation, training, facilitation and coaching to build organizational alignment and enhance the working relationship between board and management.

After many years of providing cooperative board leadership development training, our consultants, right, founded the successful Cooperative Board Leadership Development (CBLD) program in the fall of 2004. CBLD is focused on the continual improvement of food co-op boards. Support, training, and facilitation are built into an integrated system to enhance effective governance and co-op development.
