CBLD provides a framework for the established annual retreat. Coupled with the perspective of the CBLD consultant gained from ongoing consulting hours, the retreat becomes a part of an overall plan for development, including skill building, strategic thinking, developing the board’s work plan and team building activities.
Facilitation and planning of a one day retreat is included in the program fee; if your board prefers multi-day or multiple retreats, this can be arranged with your CBLD consultant.
