Brian McDermott specializes in facilitation, training and consulting that helps you make full use of your organization's most valuable assets -- your people!

Brian McDermott is a facilitator and consultant who helps leaders engage their teams and other stakeholders in developing and implementing strategies for organizational change, growth, and development. His work focuses on helping groups solve problems, generate ideas, make better decisions faster, and create expectations and accountability for outcomes. He is widely published in the training, human resources and management fields, and is the co-author of four books on communication, including Leading Innovation—Creating Workplaces Where People Excel So Organizations Thrive.

Brian also has been a partner in GrowthWorks Inc. for more than 20 years with Gerry Sexton. Together they’ve worked with co-ops and with large and small for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, helping with strategic planning, creativity and innovation, change management, personal and organization development, leadership development, team building, and coaching.
